Evaluations and Tests of the Materials Engineering Research Institute at Razi Metallurgy Research Center
Success in the Burst Pressure Test
We are proud to announce that the tested sample underwent a burst pressure test at the Razi Metallurgy Research Center. According to the customer’s instructions, the sample’s burst pressure was 4162 psi, and the test result was successful.
Success in the Hydrostatic Pressure Test
This report shows the result of a hydrostatic pressure test on a customer’s sample. In this test, both the requested pressure and the applied pressure were 375 psi, and the test duration was 60 minutes. The test result indicates that no leaks or ruptures were observed in the sample.
Success in the Adhesive Strength Measurement Test
We are proud to announce that we have successfully obtained the results report for the adhesive strength measurement test based on ASTM D3163:2014 and ASTM D1002:2019 standards. This test was conducted on four different samples, and the results include adhesive force, pull speed, and the length and width of the samples. The environmental conditions of the laboratory during the test are also mentioned. The average adhesive force of the samples was 5296.44 Newtons.
Success in the Hardness Test
We have successfully obtained the hardness test approval in accordance with ASTM D 2240-15(21) standard. The average Shore D hardness of the samples is 88.1, which indicates the high quality of our products.
Success in the Crushing Strength Test
Success in the Tensile Test
We have successfully obtained ASTM D638-22 approval for the tensile test of our samples. The results include a mean tensile strength of 60.5 MPa, an elastic modulus of 2.6 GPa, a relative elongation of 2.5%, and a yield stress of 50 MPa. This achievement demonstrates our commitment to adhering to the highest quality standards.
Success in the Flexural Test
We have successfully passed the flexural test according to the ASTM D790-17 standard. The average flexural strength of the samples is 192 megapascals with a standard deviation of 2.61 megapascals.

We are proud to announce that our sample has successfully passed all hydrostatic, burst, and density tests. These tests were conducted with parameters specified in ISO 1167-1, ASTM D1599, and ISO 1183 standards and were reviewed under the supervision of Jahad Zamzam Laboratory, Ahvaz.
